Teton Gravity Research, The People’s Climate March, May 2 2017
On April 29th, over 200,000 people showed up in Washington, D.C. to march on behalf of climate action. The People’s Climate March in our nation’s capitol was sweltering, but dedicated activists took on the heat and climate deniers with plenty of energy, bright signs, bold banners, and earth inspired artwork, music and dancing. It was a peaceful celebration of the outdoors, healthy communities, and the incredible environment that is currently facing a lot of political heat in Washington, D.C.
Among those 200,000 people were professional adventure athletes that are standing up and speaking out against climate change.
